Phoebe Cook manages social media at Firewire: planning, producing and shipping the agency's social content across channels, and keeping its voice consistent everywhere it shows up.
She brings serious big-brand pedigree to the role. At Optus, Phoebe was part of the social team whose work included the fastest branded video to reach four million Australian Facebook views and a Cannes Lions Cyber Bronze campaign fronted by Ricky Gervais that generated fifteen million-plus views. She then spent four years running social for amaysim, Australia's fourth-largest telco: award-nominated campaigns, a TikTok for Business case study, and a community operation that held a 100% Facebook response rate with replies averaging under eight minutes.
Her career spans both sides of the industry, from digital campaign management at News Corp and REA Group through agency and tourism work (including Visit Surfers Paradise), a senior marketing secondment running acquisition across SEM and paid social, and social strategy for Australia's first ethical round-up app. With more than a decade in social and 600K+ followers managed across brands, she joined Firewire in July 2025 and runs the agency's social presence from the Gold Coast.
