Madeleine Turner joined Firewire Digital as Digital Marketing Executive in February 2026. She works across SEO, Google Ads, and content programmes for clients across the agency's portfolio, with day-to-day responsibility for execution alongside the senior strategists.
She came to search from the media and advertising side. Before Firewire, Madeleine worked at Enigma, one of Australia's largest independent agencies, where she built her grounding in paid media and out-of-home advertising (including taking out a top prize at JCDecaux's media fundamentals course in 2024). That media-buying lens carries into how she runs paid search: attention is bought, budgets are finite, and every dollar has to justify itself against the result it produced.
Day to day she runs the weekly ship cycle on active Google Ads accounts, on-page SEO and schema implementation, and citation tracking across the AI engines Firewire's GEO clients are measured in. A Newcastle local, a border collie owner, and usually either at Pilates or out running when she's not digging through search query reports.
